Pat Dixon's Mom's That's "Not Italian" Famous Beef and Noodle Casserole

Ingredients 

  • 1 half of Green Bell Pepper - Cut into small pieces

  • 1 half of a Large Onion - Cut into 1 inch pieces

  • 1 lb of Ground Beef

  • 1 lb of Noodles

  • 1- 8 oz bag of Sharp Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  • Either 2- 10 1/4 oz cans OR 1- 1 lb 7.2 oz can of Pat's moms secret sauce ( Campbell's Soup ! )

Cooking Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl mix the Peppers,Onions and Beef all together

  2. In a large skillet thoroughly brown the beef - drain and put on the side

  3. Cook Noodles as directed

  4. In a Pyrex dish keep layering the Noodles, Beef, Cheese and Campbell's soup - topping the dish with the Cheese

  5. Pre heat oven at 325 degrees

  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes and ENJOY !
