Larry’s Clammy Linguine and Clams

Ingredients 

  • 1 Pound Linguine

  • 8 Tablespoons of Virgin Olive Oil

  • 2 Tablespoons of butter

  • 5 cloves garlic, sliced thin

  • 10 (that’s right - 10!) 6.5 ounce cans of Snow’s chopped clams in clam juice

  • Keep 1 can of juice

  • 1/2 Cup Locatelli Romano Cheese

  • 3-3” tips of anchovy pate

  • 2 Tablespoons of Garlic Powder

  • Salt and Pepper for Taste

Cooking Instructions 

  1. Bring a large pot of water to boil and add 3 Tablespoons of salt.

  2. Cook Linguine al dente.

  3. While the pasta is cooking, coat the garlic with the garlic powder.

  4. In a medium sauce pan, sauce the beaded garlic in olive oil until golden brown. Make sure you do not burn it!

  5. Then add clams and 1 can of clam juice. Cook on medium for 3 minutes.

  6. After the pasta is cooked, mix butter, anchovy paste, Locatelli Romano Cheese, garlic & clam mixture.

  7. Stir and ENJOY!

Geno’s Aunt Olga’s Come See Me When I’m Dead Broccoli Rob

Ingredients 

  • 1 Pound Linguine

  • 2 Cloves Of Garlic

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Romano Cheese

Cooking Instructions 

  1. 2 cloves of garlic diced in small pieces

  2. In a medium size skillet sauté the diced garlic to a golden brown in (Vegetable Oil Only) be careful not to burn.

  3. Take the bunch of Broccoli Rob and cut off an 1 1/4 Of the stalks and discard

  4. Chop off another 1 inch of the stalks and add to the garlic and oil and cook for 5 minuets

  5. Then chop cut remaining Broccoli Rob Stalks in half and add to the skillet with the stalks and the garlic and oil.

  6. Cook down for about 5 to 6 Minuets the pour over the linguine and prepare yourself for a Geno and Aunt Olga Broccoli Rob Treat.
