The Fig Mac With Special Sauce and Fig Onion Rings

Ingredients 

  • Ground Beef (Not Too Lean)

  • Potato Buns

  • Ketchup

  • DiJon Mustard

  • Mayonnaise

  • Sliced Sandwich Pickles

  • Pickle Juice

  • Medium Size Onion

  • Iceberg Lettuce

  • Plum tomato

  • Butter

  • Baking Powder

  • Bread Crumbs

  • Flour

  • Egg

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Vegetable Oil

Fig Mac Cooking Instructions 

  1. Season Meat W/ Salt & Pepper To Taste

  2. Roll Beef into Medium Size Meatball

  3. On Medium Heat In A Flat Grill or Griddle Pan melt 2 Tablespoon Of Butter

  4. Smash The Meatball Into the Buttered Grill (to better flatten the burgers, press down with bottom of pickle jar. Cover bottom of jar with tin foil)

  5. Add Buns To buttered grill for toasting

  6. Cook the burgers To your liking!

Mac Fig Special Sauce

In A Small Bowl Mix Together:

  • 3 Tablespoons Of Mayonnaise

  • 3 Tablespoonfuls Of Di Jon Mustard

  • 3 Tablespoonfuls Of Ketchup

  • And 1 Teaspoons Of Pickle Juice

Mac Fig Onion Rings

  1. Slice Onion Or Onions Into Ring Sizes Of your liking

  2. In A Medium Size Bowl Mix The Batter by adding 1 Egg - 1 Teaspoon Of Baking Powder - Flour and Beer to a Batter Like Thickness

  3. Soak The Onion Rings in the Batter mixture

  4. Cover The Batter Rings with Bread Crumbs

  5. In A Large Skillet Heat Up Oil

  6. Place Prepared Rings In Oil & Cook to Perfection

After Burgers Are Cooked Take Bottom Roll Place a Burger another Bottom Roll Place a Burger toppings, Special Sauce Grab some of Those Onion Rings and Have Yourself A Fig Mac Of A Time. Enjoy!!
