Pizzi’s Perfectly Crunchy Gourmet Pizza Muffins

Ingredients 

• Olive oil

• 1 PackageOf English Muffins

• 2 Jars Tomato Sauce Of Your Choice

• 2 Heads Of Fresh Mozzarella

• Toppings Of Your Choice

Cooking Instructions 

1. Preheat Oven To 350

2. Using a Metal Fork separate the top of the Muffins from the Bottoms.

3. Place Muffins In toaster and toast to perfection

4. Oil the cookie sheet sprinkling A bit of kosher Salt on the bottom

5. Place Muffins On cookie sheet.

6. Place a dollop Of Sauce On each Muffin. Do Not  over Sauce The Muffins!

7. Place tray in oven for 5 To 6 Mins

8. Remove tray from oven. Place mozzarella and toppings on pizza muffins

9. Put oven on broil

10. Place tray back in oven till cheese melts to your liking

11. Remove Pizza From Oven let Cool a Bit.

12. Grab A piece and Crunch Away Into Pizzi’s Pizza Heaven!
