Jeffrey’s Never Attempted Before Chicken Parmesan With Spaghetti & Marinara Sauce
Ingredients
6 Chicken Cutlets
Italian Style Bread Crumbs
Eggs ( 1 egg per 6 Cutlets )
Vegetable Oil
1 Tablespoon butter
1 lb Pasta Of Choice
1 large can of Crushed Tomatoes Sauce
1 Tablespoonful Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon Parsley
1 Tablespoon Oregano
1 Tablespoon Basil
1 Punch (1/2 Cup) Locatelli Romano Cheese
1/4 Cup Milk
Shredded Mozzarella
1 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Teaspoon Salt
Cooking Instructions
In a large bowl mix 1 egg and 1/4 cup of milk and beat.
Place Cutlets in the egg mixture. Occasionally turning cutlets.
On a large Plate Spread out a large amount of Bread Crumbs
Take the cutlet out of the egg mixture and place into the Bread Crumbs making sure to cover each cutlet thoroughly.
In a large skillet heat up 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
Fry the breaded cutlet till cooked. Place cooked cutlets on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb the excess Oil.
In a large saucepan add the Can of crushed tomatoes, 1 tbs of Garlic Powder, Basil, Oregano, Parsley, 1/2 cup of Locatelli Cheese, 1 tsp Of Salt & Pepper. Stirring constantly bring to a boil then let sit .
In a large saucepan boil 1 lb of pasta till cooked.
Preheat oven to 350. Place Cutlets on a large cookie sheet about 1/2 in apart. Ladle The Marinara Sauce on bottom of sheet then over each cutlet to your liking and place the shredded mozzarella on top as well.
Remove cooked pasta from stove and drain well. Put pasta back In saucepan Stir in the butter it will separate the pasta then put the balance of the Sauce over .
Place Cutlets and Pasta on a plate. Drizzle some Locatelli Romano on both & Enjoy!
