Helaine’s Mother’s Sweeter than ever cold slaw and fruity yogurt pie

Cold Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head of cabbage shredded

  • 2 tablespoons of granulated Sugar

  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup of Mayonnaise to taste

  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

Instructions

  • Mix well & serve

Helaine’s Fruity yogurt pie

Ingredients

  • pre frozen graham cracker pie crust

  • 1-1/2 cups of fresh blue berries

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced

  • 1 container cool whip

  • 3- 3.5 oz containers of Dannon Yogurt with fruits of your choice.

Instructions

  • Place 3/4 of cup of blueberries Plus 1/2 cup of sliced Strawberries on the bottom of pie crust

  • Cover the fruit with the 3 Containers of fruity yogurt of your choice

  • Cover and fill the rest of the pie with Cool whip.

  • Decorate the top of the pie with the balance of the sliced Strawberries and Blueberries

  • Cool in Refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hrs before serving.
