Hot Dish Comedian Madison Malloy’s Balsamic Chicken

Ingredients 

  • 1lb chicken - Boneless Breasts or thin Cutlets

  • ¼ Cup of Garlic Powder

  • ½ Cup of Parsley Flakes

  • 1 Bottle of Balsamic Vinegar

Cooking Instructions 

  1. Place Chicken in a 1 quart plastic zip lock bag.

  2. Cover Chicken with Balsamic Vinegar. Save the rest for basting.

  3. Add Garlic Powder and Parsley into bag with the Chicken and shake well for about 30 seconds.

  4. Grill Chicken on the BBQ or in a Grilling pan constantly basting the Chicken as its cooking. ( Do Not Over Cook ).

This dish goes well with: A Salad, Grilled zucchini, Grilled Portobello Mushrooms and Quinoa and for those Wine drinkers a white Sauvignon Blanc!
